(02 June – 08 June ) Week one of chefing

Academy
  • I got my uniform and collected my chefing papers

Cleaning
  • Washed all the plates , knifes and forks in the kitchen
  • Washed all the cupboards
  • Cleaned the gas stoves
  • I deep cleaned a section of the kitchen
  • I moved all the equipment and cleaned from op to bottom
       Safety at work
  • Learned all about the different chemicals and how they are used in the work place.
  •  Learned all the different equipment and what they are used for
Boiling
  • I learned how to make a vegetable soup
Learned about knife skills
  • Learned how to work with a knife and how to do all the different cutting methods
