When the companies have a budget they can work out how much money they will have in the future, they can plan all the expenses they will have (planed / not planed). The company will also be able to see how much they have grown and weather the company will make it successfully in the future or not.

• The bomas must be loaded of the vehicles and must be checked if all the equipment is there
The poles must be put into the ground so that the sails can be set up
The boma will be set up in a way so that it is easy for the animals to move into the boma and the people to catch animals

•Have a first aid person nearby.
If there is an injury during the prose’s steps must be taken by n qualified first aid person.

 • Let all the people taking action have radio communication and to only use clear language.
When the game capturing is taking place people must talk in a clear way so that everyone can hear and so that the operation can take place and be successful.
 
• Explain how the operation is going to take place
Explain to all the people that the helicopter is going to bring the animals in and then the different steps that must take place.

• Make sure there is safety gear and that it is in a good working order
If the safety gear is not working properly the operation cannot take place successfully

  • Policies and procedures are the step between the vision and the day to day operation. It is important so that the employers know the role and responsibility they have within the company . Policies and procedures allow management to guide operations in the company.

Polices is a course of actions which is a guide towards a successful business.

• Shows how the rule is enforcement

Procedures

Procedures are used when there is a need for consistency in an operation
Policies and procedures provide clearance to the reader of what is expected from him and what is required. Such as, health & safety, legal liabilities , regulatory requirements or issues that have serious consequences.

• Describes alternatives
• Shows emergency procedures
• Includes warning & cautions
• Gives examples

• Are normally written using an outline format

Provide support to control damage-causing animals


  • The first step is to identify the damage causing animals in the area and to find out where what tipes of damage causing animals are.
  •  Perform necessary precautions that involves dangerous damage causing animals so that the animals can be controlled.
  • If you want to find out what animals there are in the specific area you can look at droppings , footprints and different methods how to spot an animal .
  • The animals can be treated by spraying different chemicals that will help with the problem but not with other animals, you can also set out traps and other uses to prevent or remove the animals.
  • Skinning and disposing of the carcasses are used to look at the different factors that killed the damage-causing animal

Conduct veldt burn operation


  • The purpose of the Unit standard is to learn the necessary persons about veld burns. The individuals will be able to use their skills that they have learned and manage the necessary individuals in a veld fire.
  • ·        The individuals will be able to be a part of the managing of the veld burning.
  • ·        The provisions of legislation applicable to veld and forest fires
  • ·        Check the fire equipment , select all the equipment that is going to be used and supply the necessary equipment for the burning
  • ·        Ignite the fire , control , extinguish and post burn in a safe manner.

Global positioning system


The GPS ( Global positioning system) is used to log specific parts on the farm .

We used the Global Positioning System to log animals that we saw on the way to places and then we also used the Global Positioning System to mark places where there is a problem with wires or problems in the roads . When you are using the Global Positioning System you can make a printout of different locations that you have logged on the system

Implement cultural heritage resources management in the field



When you have to collect field specimens you must look at a few stuff like where you found the specimens and what does the specimens mean.

The different specimens can be found in different places , you must know the history of the area and the types of people that were in the area before you. When different heritage sites are found you must look at different types of things that people did and how they made things . 

The cultural heritage site can be found in certain areas where remarkable things are in nature or where things happen
