Week two of chefing (09 Mei -15 Mei )



MAIN KITCHEN

  •  Made a Greek salad for the students lunch
  • Prepared food that we made at tambuki staff dinne
  •  Packed all the different foods into different containers depending on the food type.
  • Prepared pancake dough for pancakes
  • Made pancakes for the welcoming stand
  • Braied meat for fleisfreters
  • Told people about the food that we prepared for fleisfreters
  • Cleaned all the equipment we used for fleisfreters
  • Learned how to make a sole and calamari dish
  • Sweeper and moped the kitchen after using is
Tambuki
  • Prepared food at the staff dinner
  •   Prepared the students food at tambuki
  • Cleaned all the equipment after using it
